Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support across various channels (phone, messaging & email), including troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving customer issues.

- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering empathy and ensuring customers feel valued by tracking issues and contributing to upstream solutions.
- Take ownership of issues, apply critical thinking, and resolve customer concerns on the first contact, logging any defects if necessary.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer support or related fields (financial services, crypto, technology, etc.).
- Proven experience with multiple support channels: voice, email, and messaging.
- Strong communication skills for working across various teams and stakeholders globally.
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English is essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends.
Technical Requirements
- Experience in compliance, payments, fraud, account access, trust, and safety, or related domains.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Apps, JIRA, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience working with external outsourced business partners is a plus.
